Goals Are Your Compass In Life (177 hits)


Well defined goals:
Provide a quantitative pulse of your vision
Focuses resources towards specific results
Defines success in a measurable manner
Gives you specific targets to shoot for when moving a head
Minimizes subjectivity and emotionalism
Measures the end results of work effort

Consider 2-3 objectives for sales or revenue, one for profitability, 2-3 for marketing, 1-2 that are process oriented and begin the measure the difference in your productivity.
