This is true in so many cases. I know people who are hard working and committed but they do not have a compass to point them in the direction of success. Without a goal, there is no vision. Without a vision, you stay in hampster wheel mode and you end up exhausted and frustrated. In team building, I focus not only on the business at hand but also on how to set short-term goals to achieve those long term visions of success. Find a mentor who will help you with that. No matter who we are and no matter how much success we have in life, we always learn more from someone who has been where we are trying to get. A good mentor in any business can enhance your ability to acheive greater heights.
