They are necessary evil in a "Representative " DEMOCRACY. One can opt to live under a Monarchy with a King and a Queen..A Royal Family..Or a Dictatorship..the truth is that all human beings are hierarchical. There will always be a Peckin "order." Order is the operative word.
The last time there was total equality was in the Biblical writings of the Garden of Eden. The next time will be in Paradise for believers.
