Black men where are you? Not only do your wives and children call for you to make your essential presence known, but the slaves, share croppers, and martyr’s summons your stand. No longer affected by the nearly five hundred year tenor, by which reasons of fear failed our attempts to succeed. Though segregation proceeds to follow without pause from the abusive eras of overtly expressing black opinions, those with opinions must speak, and to touch pride of those who wish you will not. Education has always been considered contraband, i.e. whenever in your possession. Black men must began to embrace awareness, there by, obviating situations which has obviously brought to the demise our esteem and endurance. It is a cause for education that black men must rally for, because it is your ideas, your craftsmanship, and your morals that built this country and the educational wealth sustaining this country are the residuals due to your children.-Mario A.
