Cat Fight Between Myself and What's Her Name...Jessica. (689 hits)
I want to apologize for confronting Jessica what's her name. I should have ignored her, but I knew she was up to no good and I just couldn't resist. Now look, I've given her a forum for the real reason she became a member. I think the best thing is to ignore her and her husband. I am sure none of us really believe Mr. Smallwood...whatever his real name is just happened on a site called Black In America? Anyway I am very sorry for getting the few of you in this community involved in Jessica what's her name's deceptive mumbo-jumbo. Just ignore any future posts or comments by her and her husband. I should have been like Obama and took the high road. For the good of this site and everything good it stands for, I will cancel my membership and I would ask that Jessica what's her name and her husband do the same. I don't want a good dialogue between African Americans to fail because of the 'Okey Doke' game that Jessica and people like her continue to use against efforts of people of color not just here, but around the world. Yeah. Why are you leaving? You are entitled to your opinion. We won't agree. You both assume why I am here. Apprently you both know everything. Im not leaving. So, why should you. Because you feel embrass that I wrote a blog to show what happens between two races in America. You had the choice to ignore me, but didn't. Because you had to write to me and start anger and a divison. Please. I got a lot of feed back. I take everything with a grain of salt. You assume I am angry. I find this interesting and a learning experience.

Jennifer, What was hateful about what Jessica was saying? If you can show me some hate in the statements she made, then you have a point. Otherwise, you are far from sharing the ideals of Barack Obama you wrongfully referenced.

What is the BIG DEAL? I feel so out of the loop here. This is not a segregation website. It's her opinion and believe it or not, there are quite a few black people that feel the same way. (I'm not one of them, but surely, we can't ALL have the same opinion).
If you disagree with her, just respectfully advise her of that and keep it pushing. Goodness, gracious. It's almost embarassing. Must we make a big deal of EVERYTHING????????????
Let the woman have her say. She's not better than us because we're black and we're not better than her better than her because she's white.
How can we get past how we've been treated as black people by mistreating white people? Can anyone answer that?
Anyone with any measure of intelligence can respectfully disagree with another person, tell them why and then ignore what that person has to say if disinterested. It ain't rocket science.
If we had to explain why we were on a different site, we'd call it racism. Why is this different?

-Hey Sis, I live in a mostly white neighborhood. Some of the neighbors speak. Some don't. Did you know Bob can drink, party, play his country music and no one says anything? If I come outside at night as a nature lover, neighbors turn on their lights and watch me through their windows, like I can't see, as they are doing now... They shut their garage doors when I come out side. I have what they got and more in this predominately Navy neighborhood (I'm Ex-Army). I don’t sell drugs either…
-When the little white child comes over to play with my son, certain neighbors stand in their lawns to stare at me, but all the s*x perverts on record in this area, they ignore or don't know them...

Or when I spoke, she told me my voice was too enticing (That hyper-s*xed black people mentality as thought by some white folk)…

I can write a life time about racism.
My question is to anyone with so much interest, what are they doing to help, but talk? What time have they volunteered, what $ (or is it the do for yourself pull yourself up by the boot strap mentality...), have they devoted to a cause they state they are so interested in… Think about it…
What person here does not have their stories to tell, for someone to come in your house or family and tell you or belittle or try to lessen and tell you what you ain't (I like using that word and I am country), been through…
Sis I would be a fool to tell you what you ain't been through, but you have. I don't know you or your family and unless I have been in your shoes, it ain't possible... Unless you have a true heart, empathy, love and compassion, then what is love? Read 1 Corinthians 13:4- through the 1st part of verse 9. According to the Bible, if you don't fit this scripture to someone else, you don't have "Love". What is on the other side of Love?
Somewhere in the New Testament the scripture speaks of relating to people when they suffer, if you relate, when they suffer, you suffer...
Certain people will tell you to “get over it”. God gives memory for a purpose to use for the right time, occasion and for a positive purpose. I presented a scripture in Proverbs 13:23 that states "Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgement". Let me take food from anyone and see what they would do over time. I just did a blog on that Sis. Put a certain type people in the same scenario and they would die. This is why God did not put them in that circumstance... They could not handle it and live.
I could have most everyone on my friendship list and in all those clubs I belong to, here at this site comment on this if I asked, but I will let my comments stand right here. I don't even make it a practice to be on the internet on a Sunday, but Jesus debated with certain people who felt He should not do a certain work on the Sabbath day.
