Are you a Sistah, looking to lose weight or get fit? If the answer is yes, please join our Sistahs In Unity Get Fit Club in NYC. We will meet twice a month in Manhattan to power walk and socialize. As African American women, we need to prevent High Blood Pressure, Sugar Diabetes, and High Cholesterol. Walking is a great solution and it's easy!
