New African American Library looking for books, literature, authors, and your help to grow (6974 hits)

The Boggs African American Research Library is looking for businesses and organizations to help donate books and literature to help stock the library. Located in Keysville, GA, the Boggs African American Research Library combines the Black Youth Heritage Expo and the idea of a place for all African American writers to call home. The library will be about African American History and promoting African American writers - and they need partners to help complete the journey.

Please take a look at the following links and if you are able to assist, please contact Jacqueline Bosby at jdbosby@gmail.com and mention that you heard about them from HBCUConnect.com. If you are not able to donate materials, you can also help with financial donations as well as every bit helps.

They are also looking for black writers and authors who would like to hold any book signings at the Boggs African American Research Library. The location is open to host seminars, book launchings, conferences, workshops, and more!
