As I awaken my mind body and soul I focus on my health. Having Asthma is a task in itself.
Then I focus on hydration. Black coffee brings about a soothing tension reliever.
Next I surf for positive energetic happy Monday TV programming and I keep searching lol. I can not find it. Plagued with a negative story for every positive story, even the cartoons and wedding shows are complainy smurfs.
Then "bing" the idea pops in my head, I need to be meditating right now. To simply sit still in prayer or silent thought is not my solution. I need to bask in nature, a walk in the park. Nature is where I am closest to my spirit and soul.
May we find time to create the program that fulfills our soul with happiness.
May we wish good thoughts upon all people whom we lay eyes and ears upon. May we forgive and ask for forgiveness.
