Tie what? Tie one is a celebration from the National Apron Association. Created on Thanksgiving Eve so to remember to help the needy and those less fortunate in food, or other wants. It is a day to give, celebrate, help, pray and remember to tie it on from the heart. So that all give THANKS!!
