My walking increased today, and I tackled those high hills with less effort...breathing the morning air was so cool! I saw an old friend from the past along my walk which I haven't seen in almost 20 years. He looked very differently, but was glad to see him. We parted at an intersection. Later, I hungry!!! Praise God!!
