Two major quakes rumbled Japan's Southeastern region on Saturday, April 16, 2016 after following a 7.2 quake on Thursday, April 13, 2016 two days before. At least 40,000 people have been evacuated as thousands are injured, and many lives have perished by the two quakes. Large populated areas are completely destroyed leaving rubble and buildings on the ground. Fires and electricity also added to the troubles from the two quakes. Thousands were injured in Thursday's quake and emergency personnel worked around the clock as households were left without electricity, food, water and all necessities for life. Major radiation leaks also struck the Fukushima nuclear plant with leaks and thereby, and this caused evacuations to incur. Locals are also displaced.
