APRIL LOVE: QUIET POETRY 04.02.2016 (1104 hits)

the noises of lawns
being groomed came
my ears.

I thought of the cutting away
of unclean things pertaining
to evil ways.

I would pick up my scissors
and make a collage in the
latter of day.

Patience.
Says Thou to me.
It is well I be patient.
I took breath in the scent of lawns.
Soft scents of love delight.
