A foundation that is strong is one built through the word of God. It endures tests of faith. A foundation through and through with Word of God is eternal and is everlasting. They are bricks that will not be corrupted because He who is obeying of the truth by which God has provided His own Son has a foundation of which is built forever.
AND ITS FLOWER FALLS AWAY:
BUT THE WORD ENDURES FOREVER. . .
Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of a corruptible seed, but incorruptible, through the word of God which live and abides forever, because;
All flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, And its flower falls away, But the word of Lord endures forever.
