Thank you again for a truly wonderful blog and its so needed today... that is joy is needed.

So many don't have joy in their lives and its a very sought after thing which many try to get in the wrong things

and people. One has to do what is healthy and legal to get and maintain one's joy. I've found that saying positive

affirmations based on scripture help me keep my joy. I can tell when I have failed to do them... I start to feeling

like I am losing my joy and I can't afford to do that. There are so many things that compete with one's joy so I

have to do what I can to maintain my joy in this 'joysucking' world and people. lol
