SubWay FrontMan's Wife Speaks Out After Her Husband Pleads Guilty to s*x With Minors (1342 hits)
Former Subway star Jared Fogle pled guilty to charges of child pornography use and paying for s*x with minors.

Since the news broke, Subway has cut all ties with Fogel—and it seems as though his wife may be doing a similar thing.
Katie Fogle stated in an interview with WJHL News that she will be filing for divorce.

Her statement reads:
“Obviously, I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the recent developments involving Jared. I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter. I appreciate respect for my family’s privacy during this difficult time.”
The Daily Mail reports that Fogle, who had become a millionaire off his Subway endorsements, traveled from Indiana to New York to have s*x with underage prostitutes between 2010 and 2013.
Fogle pled guilty to the charges in front of Federal Magistrate Judge Mark Dinsmore, which took all of about fifteen minutes, according to reports.
His attorney Jeremy Margolis said he expects Fogle will serve time in prison, pay restitution to the victims, and undergo the necessary treatment for his “medical problem.”
Margolis released this statement to reporters about his client:
“He knows restitution can’t undo the damage he’s done, but he will do everything in his power to make it right.”
Fogle entered a plea agreement for his crime, asking that his sentence be no greater than 12 and a half years in prison and no less than 5 years.
According to reports, Fogle will now be put in the s*x offenders registry and pay a total of $1.4 million in restitution — $100,000 for each of the fourteen victims.
