The fasting will have an ending period, but hold all meditations daily with prayers. Fasting hours will be an endurance of your own spiritual awareness and strength. However, pleasing in a fasting meditation is determined by the sincerety of your own heart's commitment. There will be periods of tempting to break your fasting when the hunger sets in, and there will temptations you have presented even before, and during the time to pursue the fasting from the moment you take thought to begin it. All these are forethoughts; and if they bare you great you have to act in faith to be in the willingness to accept it's completion. If you have vowed a fasting, God will also supply the spiritual mind to see you'll finish it with loyalty. Therefore, take hold of the examination to complete your fast with glory and trust the Lord.
There may be many questionable thoughts of you having a fast, and if you have been neglecting it you will have to render yourself to begin a most supernatural spiritual connection to God's power in you. Many things in prayers are answered with fasting and meditation. Many cures, many broken spirits, and many are comforted from mournings. The service of fasting is remarkable and often unexplainable to each indivivual. Rules of fasting is with purity and denial along with total privacy. It is a recommendation that several weeks for fasting be done where you can be alone, and I also recommend married couples who fast do so together and be apart from each other in s*xual relations during the fasting period, additionally, if you are to be among others let a cheering heart be within you; and dress with garments that execute to your glorious look. Do not appear with sadness and with doom, but with gladness and thanksgiving. When you are truly ready, also be of good cheer before God. The hunger, the thirst may have it's toll on you, but the reward is a heavenly reward and a spiritual gift. The gifts of the Holy Spirit. Let your reasons be a chosen fast that is approved with God in total submission. If you are not ready, then don't attempt it; or set a small goal of fasting hours and take growth to increase.

As you are wearing the sackcloths remain truthful in your requests that are made known. All burdens, thanks, praise, and faith will have you of his pleasing of wearing the Sackcloths.
