MARCH IS SPIRITUAL WELLNESS MONTH

Departing from the old things in your life may increase the wellness of your own spirit.  Leave behind an old life of former habits.  Dissolve away things that may have caused risks to the wellness of your spirit to function properly.  Keep the practices of goodness in order-- for the outer, as well as inner your body.  Seek wellness motivationals that involves healthly intakes which includes  constraints for your spiritual wellness health.

CONSTRAINTS:

Confide with spiritual meditations, use constraits with binding onseself with what is faithfully good in growth and elevation from old things, or habits to newly spiritual habits of wellness.  Change lifestyles that give spiritual enrichments to keep your spiritual living well.  Opt out places, things, and practices that you are much aware causes your spirit's harm and yield to the constraints of God's presence as refuges for replenishments.

"For the love of

Christ constraineth us;

"Therefore if any man be in

Christ, he is a new creature;

old things are passed away;

behold, all things are become new."

Selected from 2 Corinthians 7: 14 and verse 17 KJV
