A writing of The Spirit and the bride
During the night a light supper was prepared upon the bride's table. After a short while she retired early to her bed chambers. During the night; visions of dreams were shown of her wrestling with contendents and winning matches. She was puzzled by the dreams, but didn't question as what could be their meanings. She was winning it suited her enough. As the morning approached she watched the journeys to the end of the earth. She saw waters divided from blood. Her stomach rumbled like sounds of thunderstorms, yet she hungered not for food. "No..." said she, "My food is not earthy, but heavenly." She read from a meditation written on one of the many books of Love Letters. The romance intriqued her heart...
Sleep in my bed
that I hold you closely.
Lie kisses upon my lips
that I speak of you.
Touch the crown of my head
that I think of you.
Place your hands on my breasts
that my heart belongs to you.
This is my meditation.
The sun returned to shine and chocolate hearts drops gave her a sweet splendor to taste.
