SCHOOL BUS ACCIDENT IN KNOXVILLE HAS FATALITES (961 hits)

A tragic accident involving two school buses has claimed lives of two children and one adult. The two children were students and the adult was a student aide. Twenty-three others were injured with 3 serious taken to hospital for treatment. The exact cause of the accident is still undergoing investigation. Lanes of traffic were closed while the accident underwent review. Officers and parents on the scene to were conducting retrieval of uninjured children.
UPDATED--12.3.2014 : The accident was caused when one school driver lost control on an overpass jumped over as the other school bus was underneath. One bus carried elementary students, the other had middle school students. According to news sources the top bus crashed down on top of the other. Undated information said that at least 27 people were injured.
