David You would need to know Greek in order to read The Greek New Testament that was written before 1611. I was surprised to find the name Jehovah is a modern name. The modern name 'Jesus' (Jee'-zus) is not used in the original 1611 King James Version of the Bible. Nor is the modern name 'Jehovah' Robert Estienne (Robert Stephanus / 1503–1559) works are his four editions of the Greek New Testament, 1546, 1549, 1550, and 1551, the last published in Geneva. http://www.bibles-online.net/1550/
David Check out this website, this could explain the obesity in mankind. http://www.sabbathcovenant.com/doctrine/su... Etymology of the name Je-sus. "Sus" in Latin means "pig". The Latin name endings like sus, sous, and seus were employed to give honor to "Zeus
I see you didn't catch my drift David. The reason why the Jews refuse to accept the name Jesus is because it is Latin associated with swine.
