Magic Johnson’s son E.J. is just a warm and fuzzy bundle of Chanel goodness. The flamboyant reality star debuted his larger than life personality on E!’s “Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills” and we’ve been checking for him ever since.
While we think E.J. is simply fabulous at any weight, on the finale episode of “Rick Kids” E.J. revealed that he was considering weight loss surgery. The 22-year-old celebrity seed opted for gastric sleeve surgery and since his procedure, has dropped 50lbs!
Doctors removed 80 percent of his stomach and made it the size of a banana. E.J. sat down with Entertainment Tonight and revealed the deets behind his dramatic transformation and the advice that Star Jones gave him regarding the lifestyle change.
“She told me that it was definitely a tool for a whole new life,” he said. “It was not something that was the easy way out by any means. This is not something that you do and then all of a sudden everything is gone and you’re skinny and you’re a new person. It’s definitely a tool and something that you have to work at. You still have to work out. You have to eat right. You have to make the right choices.”
And just in case you needed a reminder how great Magic Johnson is, E.J. says his dad is has been super supportive.”[My dad] was 100 percent supportive of course. He supports me in everything that I do. He’s been one of my biggest cheerleaders.
