Some Men Are Still Against Women Working; Here’s Why (382 hits)


Many women manage to balance motherhood, marriage and demanding careers. When done successfully, this is actually a major accomplishment and requires a lot of planning and organizing. In spite of how hard some women work to get the best of both words, there are men who think they just need to stay home.

Decades ago women were looked down upon when they were a part of the workforce. They were told that they should be at home in the kitchen as opposed to having a job. Times certainly have changed since then considering that half of the workforce is now made up of women and there are more women-led businesses than ever before. But for some reason the old way of thinking still remains for many. A study that was conducted by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill showed some interesting statistics about what men think of women in the workplace.
