San Paulo, Brazil is suffering one of its worst seasons of drought. Where's the water? Latest news indicate the lowest levels in the Cantareira reservoirs has created a great concern. These reservoirs supply water to over 9 million people. The major cause is drought and lack of enough rains. Legal means are being presented to the government for not rationing water usage and taking concerns of a major cry being aware of thirst becoming it's epidemic. Elsewhere in San Paulo some rations of water have begun and the days of more extreme hot conditions are forecasted in the season. San Paulo has most of it's rainy season during the September and October months, but last year's rain quota was extremely lower than normal. Most officials o San Paulo agree the drought is defined a problem.
