This phrase, as I have loved you, so you must love one another, was the Jewish Prophet Jesus talking to his Jewish people. Obviously, this is within the race of the Jewish people and outside the race of the Jewish people to other races is not applicable.
You all cannot see and understand reality as it is. It is not reality that all people can love all people like you can love only your own people.
When it comes to other people what all people needs to do is respect the human rights of obvious and when necessary help out physically.
