Having the wrong religion can suppress you as Black Americans have been suppressed 500 years! (1199 hits)
First, let me make this clear so there won't be any mis-understanding! I have nothing against the Christian religion. I have nothing against the Islamic religion. I've personally experience both religions. What I am saying is that these religions do not belong to Black Americans, yet these religions are deep in the hearts and minds of us Black American people. Black America's religion is named LIFE.
I know that I am right because in all other cases it was the prophets that gave their own people their religion, but in the case of Black Americans it was White America that gave Black Americans the religion of Christianity and Christianity is White America's natural religion. Black Americans came into the religion of Christianity because our ancestors were plantation slaves. What I am saying is historically and analytically true. I have no fear that anyone can prove me wrong!
All of Black America's ills of the past 500 years like racism and subjugation are rooted in the Christian religion towards Black Americans because the Christian religion naturally does not belong to Black Americans. There's a connection here to be made. The same White American people that Black Americans have always been protested against are the same White American people that gave us Christianity that works well for them, but reap havoc and death on Black Americans because Christianity is not the natural religion of Black Americans. What I am saying is historically and analytically true.
To fight racism and subjugation Black Americans must lay down the Christian religion. Dr. King didn’t know nor had the wisdom to make the connection like I am doing.
No I'm saying that Ethiopians were Christians before Europeans.

Steve,
I'm going to reply to this last comment of yours and if it continues down this stupid path I'm just not going to respond, okay.
The issue is not whether the Europeans came by Christianity before the Ethiopians. The title of the blog is about having the wrong religion. The principal party is Black Americans and not the Ethiopians or the European gentiles. Steve, I'm just tired of all the bull **** and tricks so I am not going to engage in a stupid detour of yours.
Having some legal experience when a person say something that go off track customarily it's allowed, but when the person point does not connect to the main issue the questioning comes to a complete stop! Of all my experiences that would be what the judge would do!
Our dialoguing on this issue of having a wrong religion is over!
Christianity is not the European gentile religion and that's a fact.

Steve,
This is a declarative statement; "Christianity is not the European gentile religion and that's a fact." I said that Christianity is the religion of the European gentiles. They accepted Christianity from Apostle Paul in Antioch and later on Constantinople made Christianity the official religion of Rome. Now your statement surely contradicts my statement, that means one of us is wrong, however your statement is without supporting facts and evidence. If this should happen again from this day moving forward that you don’t back yourself up I will delete your comment and if it continuous I will block you. The capital rule that I have is that when dialoguing with me what you say you must back it up and please do so the first time, but definitely if you are challenge.
I only want intelligent people to comment on my blogs if they wish to about the blog’s text. Criticism, stupidity and ignorance will get your comments deleted and if it continues you will be blocked.
The first gentile to be baptized was an Ethiopian, before Paul was even converted. Acts 8:
26 Then an angel of the Lord said to Philip, “Get up and go toward the south[g] to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” (This is a wilderness road.) 27 So he got up and went. Now there was an Ethiopian eunuch, a court official of the Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, in charge of her entire treasury. He had come to Jerusalem to worship 28 and was returning home; seated in his chariot, he was reading the prophet Isaiah. 29 Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go over to this chariot and join it.” 30 So Philip ran up to it and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah. He asked, “Do you understand what you are reading?” 31 He replied, “How can I, unless someone guides me?” And he invited Philip to get in and sit beside him. 32 Now the passage of the scripture that he was reading was this:
“Like a sheep he was led to the slaughter, and like a lamb silent before its shearer, so he does not open his mouth. 33 In his humiliation justice was denied him. Who can describe his generation? For his life is taken away from the earth.”
34 The eunuch asked Philip, “About whom, may I ask you, does the prophet say this, about himself or about someone else?” 35 Then Philip began to speak, and starting with this scripture, he proclaimed to him the good news about Jesus. 36 As they were going along the road, they came to some water; and the eunuch said, “Look, here is water! What is to prevent me from being baptized?”[h] 38 He commanded the chariot to stop, and both of them, Philip and the eunuch, went down into the water, and Philip[i] baptized him. 39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; the eunuch saw him no more, and went on his way rejoicing. 40 But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he was passing through the region, he proclaimed the good news to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.

was it Paul or Philip that was stuck by a beam of light on his way to Camacus and Jesus asked Paul why he persecuting those that believe in the Jewish Jesus?

Meanwhile Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest 2 and asked him for letters to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any who belonged to the Way, men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. 3 Now as he was going along and approaching Damascus, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. 4 He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?” 5 He asked, “Who are you, Lord?” The reply came, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. 6 But get up and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.” 7 The men who were traveling with him stood speechless because they heard the voice but saw no one. 8 Saul got up from the ground, and though his eyes were open, he could see nothing; so they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. 9 For three days he was without sight, and neither ate nor drank.
You are starting your regular ****. You are not answer questions about statements you made and then you go on to prach.
If you do not answer my question our dialogue is over!

Can't you read Harry? It was Saul that was blinded by the light. What's your point?

No, no, no Harry.
Acts of the Apostles Chapter 2
Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and to the other apostles, “Brothers,[i] what should we do?” 38 Peter said to them, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is for you, for your children, and for all who are far away, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to him.” 40 And he testified with many other arguments and exhorted them, saying, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” 41 So those who welcomed his message were baptized, and that day about three thousand persons were added. 42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.
The bottom line is this! I wouldn't give a fu*king **** who started Christianity whether it was Apostle Paul or Philip stupid. My blog expresses my personal concern for Black Americans. My concern is that Black Americans have no business with the Christian religion. I said that all of Black America's ills come from the Christian religion. Our dialogue is over since you want to argue who started Christianity while the issue is about Black Americans having the wrong religion; Christianity.
You claim that it was the Ethiopians that gave Black Americans Christianity and that you were not able to prove so you change gears to a different point of whom started Christianity; was it Paul or Philip. Your arguments have nothing to do with the question my blog. So, you have a few more times to be dishonest before I permanently block you!
Please re-read our dialog Harry. Africans embraced Christianity before Europeans. And black Americans are African.
