Soups can be healthy and fun to make. This soup is really easy and inexpensive too!

Ingredients:
Green beans [You can use fresh green beans, canned, and or; frozen green beans]
Carrots
Cubed Ham { Usually you can buy these in packages, check with your grocer}
Bay leaf
Onion
Ice potato about two to three
Parsley flakes
Bring your pot to boil adding your green beans. Oh, be sure to rinse and wash your vegetables! You'll want to slice your carrots thin and with long swipes instead of chunks. But if you prefer chunks it's okay too. Simmer and slow cook approximately 30 minutes. Add ham chunks about 15 minutes after vegetables are simmering. Ham chunks may be salty, to help reduce salt rinse before cooking. Add seasonings bay leaf, salt and or pepper to taste. Sprinkle serve with parsley flakes.
