Amen! The peace of God allow our souls to experience total tranquility. I was talking to a client last Sunday evening that the agency sent me to do a private duty shift for their child. He told me that he's been having problems sleeping.
I realize that its not really good to not sleep and I suspected that it was because he has a child with a chronic illness that he probably worries about her, but I talked to him about stress and burnout instead of having him possibly focus on his child.
After my shift was over, I left two prayers about sweet sleep. I was careful because I haven't noticed anything around their house of religious nature. Not even a Ying/Yang symbol. It's sad. Hopefully he can find those prayers useful.
All God knows since I rarely do shifts there anymore. I fill in when needed or when the regular nurse is off which isn't a lot.
Of course, I will pray for "Daddyneedsleep." If you want Jen I wouldn't mind if you printed him some of my CENTER PEACES. He might like them. What a wonderful gesture and caring.
Keep that up faith work Nurse Jen! God need workers. . .
