A male student armed with two kitchen knives terriorized Franklin Regional High School where he attended by walking in slashing his fellow classmates at random. Students were part of a bloody knife terror as the 16 year old sophomore charged with a rampage cutting and stabbing those whom he approached. The hallways were covered with chaos as the students were injured. At least 27 students were slashed or stabbed during the attack. The alleged student was identified as Alex Hribal was subdubed by a teacher and a pupil. Actions on the student body was quick as one student pulled the fire alarm that led to exiting of the students to safety. At least 4 students were seriously wounded. Questions remain as why the student took to the rampage, and according to sources he will be tried as adult for counts of assaults and attempted murder. The rare situation of school stabbings is among one of the its firsts as most school have drills which have focused on weapons arsenial, involving guns, and firearms.
