Protestors and police clashed vigorously in confrontation in the streets of Kiev causing hundreds to be injured. Associated pressed reports that at least 25 deaths resulted from the standoff including police and civilian protestors. This was the worst battle in the streets since November 2013. The situation ignited as police were ordered to remove protestors from the central streets, however they official police were caught in with raging aggravation which resulted with high tension and rioters of fires. The protestors were not surrendering or going away. Early morning Wednesday, February 19, 2014 met with continued reflections of the overnight fires. Hundreds were injured by rubber bullets and wounds of flying debris. The protestors are determined that they do not want to be part of a government partial with Russia, but more so wanted to side more with Europe. Vice President Biden telephone the president of the UK to take action to curb the violence and react with more talks to regain peace. In addition, US citizens in Kiev are urged to be at caution, or to cancel visits to Kiev which the violence is at it's highest peak.
