That's the newest cover of Sports Illustrated which is celebrating it's 50 years in print by giving it's famous cover to Barbie Doll. Although it may sound much like a fairy tale for the toy it's quite a reality. The newest edition has finally taken Sports Illustrated to the dolls. You'll find it's one of it's first of a doll like this one being on the cover. Mattel the maker of the Barbie Doll is very excited as this could mean a boost in Barbie's sales and get her back out there in the hands of collectors and leading the doll market again. Barbie is now 55 years old, and she doesn't look a day older than when she was first introduced. Sports Illustrated usually has a human beauty for it's flawless beauty of the swimsuit issue, and now since it has a real doll they have her in a best pose. She has made the cover!
