Meditation music in the morning may be just the additional sounds you need before you day gets off to a start, or your evenings end before rest. Even while you are reading on your social network allow the music to play.
May the day's calm bring you beautiful feelings of wellness and balance of concentration of God's peace, stability and presence.
This is a day made only by Our God. I will wake to it with a loving heart and my spirit will carry peace, love and unity to others I meet on the day's journey.
I have started a morning meditation upon The Lord God of Heaven.

Surah Ar-Rahman (The Most Gracious)
1. The Most Beneficent Creator! 2. Has taught The Creation the Criterion by His Mercy. 3. He Created Mankind. 4. He taught him eloquent, beautiful speech. 5. The Sun and the Moon run on their fixed courses exactly calculated with measured out stages for each their reckoning. 6. And that which Orbits and that which is Planted Firmly both prostrate. 7. And the Heavens He has raised high, and He has set up the Balance. 8. In order that you may not Transgress due balance. 9. And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient. 10. And the Earth He has placed for the Created. 11. There are Fruits, date-palms producing sheathed fruit-stalks. 12. And also Grain, with its leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-scented plants. 13. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? 14. He created man, Adaam, from pliable clay like the clay of pottery molders. 15. And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire. 16. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? 17. He is the Lord of the two easts (places of sunrise during early summer and early winter) and the Lord of the two wests (places of sunset during early summer and early winter).
