YOUR WORLD NEWS DAY 29 DECEMBER 2013 San Miquel, El Salvador
Take a recent look at the ashes as the volcano in El Salvador caused evacuations of nearby townships in El Salvador. The Chaparrastique volcano blew up it's ashes with tall mountains of smoke and ash that terrorized locals nearby. As a safety precaution villages were told to leave the areas as its uncertainly of eruption could finally blow as well. The Chaparastique is located near many coffee farms, and at least 1,600 residents fled. According to some reports the volcano posed no real danger because it mostly spewed out gases and ash instead of hot lava. The volcano is among one of the most active ones in the region. Blowing out hot ash, no human deaths or injuries occurred, but some domestic or wild animals may have perished from the smoke and ashes.
