Time for Brothers to stop cooning, simping, and acting feminine and expecting other nationalities or their women to give them something for nothing.
The rules for advancement is not the same for so-called Black American males versus other nationalities mainly because our economic structure is normally fractionated.
The first rule of success is motivation, one must vigorously create a vision or a product by investing in yourself. Then you must have the drive and ambition to bring other brothers on board for a win-win scenario.

Personally one has to be feed up with the status quo and then some will create a vision to build independence for themselves.
