We have got to reach a level of economic viability if we are to survive this next wave in history... I know a lot of people have online businesses, but we need more neighborhood and community businesses where people can actually walk in and purchase something, we need Black Owned Businesses, and we need to support them, but at the same time, Black Owners of these businesses need to treat all their patrons with a high level of common courtesy and assistance, with a smile and welcome. We have to learn how to greet and treat our people if we want them to support our businesses, because the reality is, no business can survive or thrive without dedicated customers...
