Dennis Rodman, famously known basketball star made his second visit to China. Rodman expresses that he is not in a diplomatic role, but going as a friend to the ruler Kim Jung Un. This is Rodman's second trip. Dennis claims the visit is mainly surrounded with his friendship when he met the ruler at a basketball game. The two enjoyed each other's company. Rodman says nothing is political and if there were anything he would be promoting is possibly discussing developing basketball teams. Although Mr. Rodman would not be a diplomat he expressed that having an American to be friends with Kim might have some bearing for foreign relations.
