This week I went to the experience of baking and devouring the taste of a sweet potato. After making the visit at the farmer's market I bought 6 of the long puffed potatoes and took them home. For two days I enjoyed eating that great tasty food.

Another fact of nutrition about the sweet potato is it is an powerful antioxidant and good for immune system.
Tastes that wonderful bake "tator" and serve them warm melting in your mouth. You can add a pinch of nutmeg, and just a little pad of butter or spread.
And there are many ways to serve the little taters, mashed, in pies and chips!
