MEDITATE SUNDAY: MAKING A ROUTINE FOCUS FOR MEDITATION (504 hits)

BLESSINGS OF LOVE TO YOU!

FOCUS: clear your mind, think on things pleasing the Spirit of God

FEEL: the emotional and spiritual connection of God's presence to be with you.

INTAKE: the strength, the faith, the confirmation of the Holy Spirit guidance and revive the inner man or woman in obedience of meditation.

SEARCH: the goodness in the meditation

FOLLOW: through your day in remembering the meditation of the Word.

Such a meditation are minor steps in beginning the worship of meditation's focus. Much more is in store for one's focus in meditation, so much potent the meditation can become when kept in focus. Devote a little more time each day, make time for meditation during your daily lifestyle and it will become a routine of rewarding promises only God will be applicable to deliver.

"Oh, how I love Your law!
It is my meditation all the day.
You, through Your commandments, make me
wiser than my enemies.
For they are ever with me.
I have more understanding than all thy teachers.

For your testimonies are my meditation,
I understand more than the ancients,
Because I keep your precepts.
Thy have may keep Your Word."
Psalm 119: 97-101

"Therefore I love Your commandments
More than gold, yes, than fine gold!
Therefore all Your precepts concerning
all things.
I consider to be right;
I hate every false way.
Psalm 119:127-128

Routine focus for meditation requires ones volunteering of making it part of one's life. Keep the mediation time inspirational by being cheerful and welcoming a more closer relationship to develop a meditation that rewards your daily life with love and compassion and God's companionship. Consider the meditation a welcomed gift to oneself and to God!

Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O'Lord my strength and my redeemer.
Psalm: 19:14
