MEDITATE SUNDAY: WORRYING IS A HEAVY LOAD..LET GO! (721 hits)

Grace and Love to you!

Are you carrying a heavy load of worrying? That makes you also part of millions and billions of people. They spend most of their entire life worrying! These are people who keep worrying about everything; some have heavy loads, and often others never cease in worrying about anything. Some worrying may appear fine, but to become overcast with worry will require a good dumping! Worrying requires meditation to the Lord. In doing so you must truly be meditation ready to allow your worries to leave your mindset. As in most worrying you can either do something about the situation,with faith-- or if there's nothing you can do by worrying it will not cause worries it to go away. Take time to ask in prayers and meditate with God about things you cannot handle or change. Allow yourself complete trust in God with total faith which God knows all things and outcomes. You cannot leave your load of worrying with God if you have chosen to continue to be in worry. Be free of your worry, free it from your thoughts. Let Go! Let God! is a fantastic slogan to repeat in a daily meditation. Moreover, we have been given God's confidence He is able to take the principles of worrying from your mind, just render all things into His care over you.

Carry all things to God and trust him with the dump of worries you may have. Meditate on the outcome as all is well. Worry not again anymore and continue to meditate free from worries to God's supreme remedy with every situation overshadowing you. This is a meditation of becoming sound in faith, trust, and believing it will be so. All things with God are possible. Worrying keeps you heavily bound. Take it to God....and dump it! Let go!

"Take no thought for your life,
what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink;
nor yet your body, what ye shall put on.
Is not the life more than meat, and the body
more than raiment?
Matthew: 6:25

"Take therefore no thought for the morrow;
for the morrow shall take thought for things
of itself."
Matthew: 6:34

"Be careful of nothing"
Phil: 4:6

"And He shall be like a tree planted by the
rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit
in his season, his leaf also shall not wither;
and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper."
Psalm: 1:3

Worrying is never a cause for those whom have given trust in the Lord God. A meditation of thanksgiving in any situation is a relief in knowing God's has and is handling over your life pathways. Don't worry...meditate! Meditation of God's goodness is freedom of receiving a perfect outcome to being happy!

Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O'Lord my strength and my redeemer.
Psalm: 19:14

Miisrael,

saying not to worry and put one's faith in a being that can't be seen is alot easier said than done. I must admit that as a parent, wife, professional that I've been concerned about alot lately and I've been up at 4 am thinking about some of these worries. I realize that faith and prayer are the key ingredients to help us to be free of worry; however, some practical things that can be done are exercising whether it be taking a walk or doing cardio to a work out video or at the local gym, going to a professional such as a psychologists, psychiatritists, or trained couselor utilizing workplace EAP (Employee Assistance Program) or Private Insurance, and lastly try eliminating the source of the worry thru simple problem solving steps.

Sure, the Lord knows all about our troubles and we should seek Him for guidance and answers but we also have to do those things that we know will help us as well while we are praying and seeking God for answers. Many times when we do these things, God's answer will come thru the people we are speaking with or when our minds are quiet and relaxed enough to receive the answer to our worry.

Just yesterday, I was on the internet looking for something else when the answer to one problem came thru a series of articles!!! God is truly an ontime and prayer answering God that is always a present help in the time of our troubles.

@Jen...Exactly saying won't make the change in your thoughts, it's when you change thoughts to allow God to handle your concerns. As I mentioned in the blog above..

"Take time to ask in prayers and meditate with God about things you cannot handle or change. Allow yourself complete trust in God with total faith which God knows all things and outcomes. You cannot leave your load of worrying with God if you have chosen to continue to be in worry." Obviously, worrying will need a stronger faith from within. I don't expect it will happen to many overnight, but it is a obedience to allow God's presence to intercede for you. Many times worrying can cause you to miss out on God's answer. Meditation is a peaceful time, it is time to listen as well as praise and request. Meditation of this kind requires daily commitment to grow spiritually.

@Irma what you have given is more insight to deter ill feelings of doom; and it also permits positive ways increase spiritual strength. Your thoughts processes of all that worrying will have an effect that many time produces answers for another outcome. Meditate positive intakes do allow outcomes that a beneficial outcome. There are always hurdles to jump, use of meditation positively builds better bodies of spiritual buff!!

Letting God be on time,---

We are always in such a hurry for instant answers! The virtue of patience is necessary, in combating with worry. Sure carrying a bulk load of worry that is not only stressful, but places danger on your health and balance of mind, body, soul and spirit. On time God never failed me!

Let me also add,. . Worrying is a state of the mind, and overcoming mind bondage will take God's presence and power over ones who trust. Don't allow worries as well as your burdens be fed by your mind to remain to keep you free of worry. It is why meditation among many believers is needed. However, often is the least form of worship followed by followers of the Lord. It is often why we feel it is not easy ... Jesus says his yoke is easy...trust building faith allow another level of marvelous faith to take on the meat of God's Word, and wean off the formula "so to speak" So often, believers remain complacent with little faith works, and meditation surges growth. We must let go of worry in order to live fully as loaded vessels when vices come upon us! Elevate in faith.

Irma,
Natural human behaviors, I think we have to ask God for maintaining our minds and bodies to moderate use, but in ways that are definitely moral. -- Keeping immoralities controlled with making righteous choices. This requires also much prayers and meditation as well. {LOL!]

AS A NDB WE ELEMINATE WORRY BY KNOWING WE HAVE THE POWERS TO OVER COME ANY OBSTICLE. SAY LIKE THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON AND NOT BECAUSE IT IS 'GOD'S" FAULT....WE HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH EVERY THING THAT HAPPENS TO US BECAUSE WE ARE A PART OF OUR ENVIORNMENT...

AND, BECAUSE, I HAD A GRANDMOTHR WHO ALWAYS SAID, "GOD MAY NOT COME WHEN YOU CALL HIM, BUT HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME." (S-M-I-L-E)

OOPS, WHEN I SAY ELIMINATEE ALL PROBLEMS, I DID NOT MEAN WE CAN GET RID OF OUR NATURAL HUMAN BEHAVIORS. (SMILE)
