Okay.... good afternoon and the Memorial Day Holiday weekend continues and we are resting after a fabulous day and night of cookout activities at our home yesterday. Ouch... Ouch.... what a day which consisted of off and on rain however we prepared and brought the party indoors.
The music was tight and we concluded the evening with classic line dances........
Saint killed the 1970-1980's "House-Disco Megamix Session"... I had both of my parents and one of my neighbors rocking da 'hustle dance' like it was "NO" tomorrow.
I received many compliments on da mix and Hector my boi killed the R&B, Deep House, Jackin House, and Line Dance Throw-Downs like a Maestro.
I aint doing sh...ttt today and tomorrow will be our clean-up date as my in-laws stayed over last night and left 11:30am enroute back home to New Jersey.... They had to spend time with their grandbabe!!!!!
Let's get back to this mix which in my opinion is perhaps one of the better ones I have uploaded this year. The Melo-ryhthm movements are captivating in "Deep House" decorum style and the Dee Jay does it with ease. Big Al is truly a Master skilled Dee Jay and is known in Dee Jay circles worldwide.

Thanks to his technical savvy and artistry in the studio, he was the personal programming & sound engineer for the legendary NYC Artist Angel Moraes (Hot N' Spycy) as well as the mastering engineer for all promotional music material coming out of the world renowned club Stereo in Montreal and mastered promo CD's for the likes of Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, Hector Romero, Chus & Ceballos and a great deal more.
His studio talents are incontestable, but he is perhaps best known as a master behind the decks; an up- lifter, an inspirational educator and a creative visionary when it comes to DJing. He was selected as one of Montreal's Top 3 Beat Masters in the "Hour Magazine" in 2002, won a JPF Award in 1999 for the best song on a mixed compilation and was selected by the Lebanese Daily Star Magazine as the number "1" DJ/Producer in the world with Arabian/Middle-Eastern origins in 2001. But these marks of recognition are pale compared to the actual experience of being on one of his dancefloors for an Extended 12+ sets.
BiG AL also hosts the global editions of the Ready Mix Sessions events in (Beirut, Miami, Montreal, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Amman) along with the internationally broadcasted radio shows and podcasts which is syndicated to air on several international radio stations including the award winning Proton Radio (USA). He has played all over the world from L.A. to London, New York to Ibiza, Dubai to Miami, Beirut to Toronto and around. His vibe is diffused universally across barriers of language and cultures.
His most recent appearances include the Renaissance Event in Beirut playing alongside Satoshi Tomiie, The Creamfields Festival 2009 and 2010 & 2012 in Abu Dhabi with the likes of Sasha, David Guetta, Sebastien Leger, Marco Carola, Erick Morillo, Deadmau5, Underworld, Laid Back Luke, Desyn Masiello and Calvin Harris, the Circus Event in Beirut alongside Steve Lawler, The Gatecrasher event in Beirut alongside Anthony Pappa and The Poliakov Events with Cosmic Gate and Nick Warren respectively and the "Full on Ferry" event with Ferry Corsten.
