Think about it, solving a problem, by naturally applying your gift or talent. You are in control. Therefore, the opportunity to move to another level becomes a choice. This is how businesses remain competitive and profitable. However, when you function only “within your job title,” I can almost guarantee you will stay in that role for a very long time.
