Good news for those little golden cakes filled with cream. That's because Twinkies are on their way back to the store shelves. The brand of Hostess cakes is due to be available by July 2013. The cake company filed for bankrupt in 2012 and many factories shut down leaving it's employees out in a strike, and the customer favorite cake in the limbo as never to return. However, the maker of the Twinkies have re-generated the cakes back to its original form and will be baking them once again. Hostess Brand LLC has also indicated that some other favorites will also return.
The America's favorite snack cake lovers will be anticipating to tear into those golden gems cakes more than ever!
It begin with a union strike of workers, and then the financial trouble which wouldn't allow them to get a raise, but to take a pay cut; in order to avoid lay-offs. Because they filed in bankrupt court they closed the baking sites. When they did that all baking stopped. However, under new management now and whatever red tape they've reopened. It was a big O' MESS! Power, money, greed & control all involved I'd say. Still a whole story in the mess will probably never be totally related. I can't understand it either! LOL!

I for some reason never really liked the Twinkie snack cake, but if you are talkin' The Lil Debbie snack cake, then you have me hook, line, and sinker!
Jen, I got to have the "Little Debbie" That lil' girl has it just right fit for snack cake tastes! Like I said they have a good tasting copy of the Twinkies. Gotta have it!
