Did the doctors acted responsible in the case of the car accident in Brooklyn, N.Y.? (586 hits)
Ms. Jen posted a blog about the recent accident in Brooklyn, N.Y. that took the life of two Jewish people. At the time of the accident the wife was pregnant .ms. Jen specifically noted that she doesn’t want my comment. Oh well!
The question was asked in this form. Just because one can, should he? She is speaking of the doctors saving the life of the baby by c-section.
This is not a complex case that requires the Wisdom of Solomon. Of course the doctors did the right thing. An accident acquired no different than if a burned person came to them or with a gun-shot the doctors are expected to do all they can to make the situation better for the victim or victims.
In this car accident there were three victims; the father, the mother and the baby. The father and mother were dead on arrival. The baby was this alive and therefore the doctors aided the baby, which died as well.
Why should there be a question about what the doctors did? What does Roe vs. Wade has to do with this accident? What does responsibility and accountability has to do with it/ what does law suits has to do with what the doctors did?
Of course the doctors acted responsible. It is a no brainier!
