Tensions, troubles, trials and plights, stress and freedom!. These sound familar to the need of meditation cry of relief. Take a walk with God. Get started with inhales and exhales as you step to your favorite walking places. Walk out-of-doors or walk inside your own house or yard. Think of God's peace and calmness. Pray to God in the secret places in meditations of the heart. Make each step a relief of tensions that want to follow you. Trust God in every breath as you breathe. Let the walk with God become closer. When you walk with God allow the meditation to continue all through the steps of your daily routine. Your focus on meditation will grow stronger with every step you continue to make.

Taking the walk with God will increase your faith in daily walks of life as well as dealing with present situations. The walk is also exercise of body, mind and spirit. Walk upright as you are taught to walk obediently always; and giving God's guidance over all steps you make.
