AMERICANS CAUTIONED IN TRAVEL WARNING TO MEXICO (500 hits)

A recent warning for those Americans traveling to Mexico was issued from the the U.S. Embassy regarding possible dangers from the "Transnational Criminal Organization."
The warning urges travelers to Mexico beware of possible violence related in the alleged Zetas drug cartel and associates and family members inside the U.S. State Department. The powerful drug cartel is sited as making possible threats of Americans visiting on vacation in Mexico. On Tuesdays federal authories arrested seven alleged people associated with the Zeta's cartel in Mexico and Oklahoma for suspision of laundering millions in drug profits, and racing quarterhorses in the U.S. Those arrested included a brother of the Zetas family, Jose Trevino Morales. The travel warning was issued on Tuedsy shortly after the arrests were made. U. S. CItizens are advised to defer non-essential travel to the state of Tamulipas.
