WELL, YESTERDAY WHILE WATCHING A PROGRAM CALLED M MARVELS WHOSE THEME WAS 'DIRT' I LEARNED SOMETHING VERY INTERESTING AND SHALL ASK AT THE NEXT FAMILY REUNION IF THIS CAN BE ADDED TO THE SEARCH. DURING THE BREAK THEY GAVE THE DEFINITION OF THE ACT OF EATING DIRT. IT SEEM THE FEMALES OF THE SUB-SAHARA EAT DIRT AS A WAY TO MAKE UP FOR SOME THINGS MISSING IN THE BODY THAT THE BODY NEEDS.
I EAT CLAY AS I LEARNED TO DO THIS FROM GENERATIONS OF FEMALES IN MY FAMILY EATING CLAY. I ATE IT UNTIL I BECAME AN ADULT AND MOVED AWAY. YOU SEE IT HAS TO BE A CERTAIN KIND OF CLAY. I FOUND THIS PROGRAM FACINATING I GUESSS THIS LIKE SO MANY, MANY THINGS WE STILL CONTINUE TO DO EVEN AFTER THE REASON FOR DOING IT HAVE LONG BEEN FORGOTTEN.

MANY ARE FORMS OF SUPERSTITIONS AND HOW WE EXPRESS ANGER WITH O-U-T USING VIOLENCE...EVER WONDER WHERE YOUR PARENTS LEARNED TO GIVE YOU TAHT FAMOUS LOOK ???...CALL YOU BY YOUR FIRST MIDDLE, LAST NAMES WHEN THEY GET UPSET WITH YOU...OR CALL YOU BY ONLY ONE NAME UNTIL YOU DON'T COME AND SHE KNOW YOUR HEAR HER CALLING YOU?!?
BUT, ONE OF THESE WE BROUGHT WITH US..THAT IN OKLAND, CA. AND BECOMING REQUIRED TEACHER'S OF GRADE SCHOOL MUST LEARN IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THERIJOBS LEARNING BY SCHOOL TEACHERS AS WELL AS I N SCHOOLS ACROSS aMERICA IS SAYING IT IS PROOF WHEN OUR CHILDREN HOLD THEIR HEADS DOWN WHEN THEIR TEACHERS ACCUSE THEM OF DOING SOMETHING IS A SIGN OF GUILT IS FALSE , IT IS A CULTURAL THING...OUR CHILDREN UNLIKE wHITE CHILDREN ARE TAUGHT TO BOW THEIR HEADS AND L ISTEN TO WHAT THE ADULT HAS TO SAY...NOT STAND TOE TO TOE WIT H THE ADULT AND GIVE THEM LIP.
we are naturally a passive people taht is slowly being taught out of us by way of our accepting being taught we are a violent peoples.

...robeert, I guess you mised my talking about Axex Haley's visit so I will go over it again in better detail...anything to not cause disunity...
He said start with the family bible as it is a recorder of birth/ death, marriages, ect. He also said talk with the oldest family members you can find as they still have bits and pieces of information that still tend to have gotten lost...
so glad that we as a people have begun to make it educational projects to go around (especially in the deep south to record this kinds of information...and this has a lot to do also with why ethnic study is trying to be banned in America, robert...the little petty unnessary bull like you offer is still prefered by too many over proper EDUCATE!!!EDUCATE!!!EDUCATE!!!....YOU KNOW'F"REEDOM OF SPEECH"...DIFFERENT IS DEFFICIENT, ECT...(NUP)

Al so sister Helen the program stated thet GEOPHAGY is the act of eating dirt really drew my full attention. LOL!!!...
and mentioning hookworms...dispite growing up in the south barefoot all sommer there was always the warning not to walk bare footed, because this is how you get hook worms. (smile)
Have you seen my blog on see you lawyer ads on tv if you take pescription meds...that is if they have not already killed you...then your family membeers should come to see the lawyeer...and make sure you take thes meds, because you have been forewarned they are killers...
But, this is life. (smile)
