Brother Marcus!
Brother Marcus, as someone who believes my community is a part of my envornment. "I" am as dependent on my enviornment as a fish is to water therefore "I" am responsible for my community to be 'heaven "at all times. If it is a community of hell then it is up to me to change this I-F this is M-Y choice not to live in hell nor wait forsomeone else to change it for me. (smile)
