BUT, WHAT ABOUT A CHILD BEING BORN EARLY, BECAUSE MORE THEN ONE IN THE MOTHER TENDS TO BE BORN EARLY/ THE MOTHER HAVING A CAR ACCIDENT, IS SICK, OR THE BABY IS SICK, ECT. AND DIES IS THIS MURDER, KILLING? AND, IF NOT THEN WHY NOT?!?...

I believe that if you play with fire you pay the price... however I just finished having this debate on another Black/African American forum that has a suprising amount of ignorant sisters on it.
Anyway, as long as abortion (which is considered murder in Islam) is legal in this country and the man has no say.. I think it is hypocritical to call the father in question a deadbeat.
Besides, what about the deadbeat mothers that murder their babies for no good reason? Food for thought when living in the modern day Babylon.
A mother can kill a man's child without permission -that's ok. However, if she wants the baby and he doesn't, he has to deal with it. If we all were more responsible and conscious this wouldn't really be a problem though. Life has a right to live.
