Renae and I paid a visit to the apartments earlier this morning. We introduced ourselves to residents, many who are lower income. Told them of the plans for their area. They were thrilled to hear of the "GREENING" plans. But pleaded not to be cast out from their homes.
We told them the renewal project was anything but making life harder for them; and if the truth was anything: "life was about to become better for them; for their neighbors, the improvement of their lives on many fronts, simply because the U. S. Government was finally giving this veritable 'SHRINE' to their civil rights was at last being given the recognition long overdue.."
As for the OWNER'S viewpoint, he recalled as a teenager being offered valuable tips in business by our Father. We are having lunch with the owner on Wednesday as to how to proceed in the RENEWAL PLANS. What a DREAM come true; for the residents; certainly for the Cooper Family!

This is why I am pleased to announce the formation of a cooperative and business group of like-minded citizens-mostly minority, although anyone is eligible to become a part of our association. The current economic clime almost demands everyone's cooperation, no matter the ethnic or political views which motivate the thinking. As with anything begun new with such an ambitious outlook, financing our project will require money-lots of money. And there is little money to be had. However, the six year long IRS phone refund program gave us plenty of time to make certain conclusory statements concerning group dynamics. In the next few posts, my emphasis will be on those related to synergism-a large number of people coming together, but each playing a small but significant part.

At last, many American Taxpayers telephone owners have been apprised of their U.S. District Court order-right-of April 2012 in which IRS has extended the time to file for Long Distance Telephone Excise Tax Refunds. The IRS has asked to Lift or extend the July 27, 2012 filing deadline.
