I like the simplicity of the layout, but the fashion and body exposure is not what we represent. Our lives are not all about body exposure 24/7. We are a variety of tones, fashions, business professionals, students, moms, singles, married, who come from all walks of life. We are Women with dignity, class and intelligence who also recognize protocol for different occasions. Perhaps a logo designed that represent in that fashion would be more appealing. Perhaps you should look at some other women sites to see how women are representing themselves on a professional level.

Thanks for the feedback. The women on our staff seemed to take the picture selection very personal while our designer just wanted to match up the color scheme... Any ideas for other good African American role models we can portrait? Someone said Michelle Obama would be good.

This design shows the strength and fierce beauty of our Womanhood. My only observation...could you pull in the cleaveage area just a bit??? Otherwise Great presentation.

I like it. . .it has a more active approach and it has a cleaner less cluttered look.
Black Girls really rock..............Gonna check out the entire site. My firm is searching for experienced contract compliance staffpersons for upcoming state and federal projects. I am excited about the possibilities for wider access

I agree with the ladies..It's nice and simple, but the woman's outfit suggests a dating website or something of that nature. Try an image of a teacher.
