Manifold Spiritual Applications: The world is full of evil; Satan is the chief planner and executive of evil. In addition he has about one third of the angels under his control running mankind. Unfortunately, the fallen nature of man is congenial to being used by Satan as agent of evil. As a result of this Satan, the fallen angels, sinners with the fallen Adamic nature become instrument of oppression, bondage and hindrances to human beings. This is why man needs deliverance from sin, sickness, and satanic oppressions. In fact for this purpose the son of God was manifested that He might destroy the works of the devil
Major Causes of Hindrances: • Sin Daniel 9:5; Ezekiel 18:20; Psalm 51:2 • Idolatry Deuteronomy 11:16 ; Colossians 3:5; 1 Samuel 15:23 • Satanic attack Job 1,2 • Ignorance Hosea 4:6
Main Conditions for Deliverance: It is not sufficient to pray for deliverance, there are conditions to fulfill to speed up the release of Satan’s captives.
• Personal desire to be delivered • Confession of the sin of idolatry and occultism • Renunciation and rejection of all agreements, covenants and fellowship with the devil • Inviting Jesus Christ into one’s heart as the Lord and personal savior • Deep heartfelt prayer and pronouncement of deliverance (this should be done by a man of God who is filled with the spirit of God). • Fasting could be used to support • Destruction of all occult and idolatrous materials
Deliverance from Sin and Evil Works • God deliver __________ from sin.
